Clinical Staff Pharmacist
Adult Critical Care
In this position you will support our Level 1 Trauma Center, our Air and Ground Advanced Response Team (DHART) as well as our 16-bed intensive care unit. You will collect and organize patient specific information, determine the presence of medication-therapy problems, specify pharmacotherapeutic goals and develop a pharmacotherapeutic regimen and monitoring plan in collaboration with other health care professionals.
You will also redesign the pharmacotherapeutic regimen and monitoring plan as needed and document clinical activities.
Hours: Day 7:30am - 4:00pm. Rotations on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
